dude trying to stop some one like kony would be stupid because if he had kid soldiers us soldiers would have to kill them to get to kony and my stupid friend who has been playing call of duty to long was like "THEY CAN KILL HIM WITH US SCOUT SNIPERS" for one some one like kony doesnt advertise where he is and he doesnt just sit in a place where some one could shoot him easily
