But that isn't what I'm getting at.
What I'm getting at is that this is the third time (second time in my experience) that Wildcard has failed to deliver the rewards within a reasonable timeframe.
I'm not hating on the game, as buggy as it is and that's because it's Early Access.
It's just that Wildcard isn''t entirely upfront about this situation. Last time they said they had a system in place to get it done quicker, it's now taken them longer to pay out these prizes than last tournament. Instead of the same old "Sorry that we haven't delivered them yet we'll do it Soon(tm)" I'd rather have them tell us "It's gonna be 2 more weeks. Firm." because then we'd at least know what to expect. And even then. It takes MAYBE 2 hours for someone to copy/paste a standardized email and edit a code in there.
But based on what they say, I assume it's another month till we get them. Not hating on you guys because I love your game, but this ♥♥♥♥ needs to go, badly.
It might not get them to pay out anything any faster, but they should at least know a lot of us that participated don't think they handled it right. No good comes without criticism.
Maybe look into fixing this ♥♥♥♥ for the future eh? Like you guys said you did last Tournament.
