The f@cking absolutely nolife nubz, who were hacking (flooding, DDoS, RCON, etc.) me, had been finally revealed (at least some of 'em), they are:

Beware of their ip range, which is 62.197.xxx.xxx
They usually use nonsteam to flood you ofcourse, so if you play on only steam servers, they should not be an annoyance there. I really hate such nolife freakz..
