The "Team Play" is a new and untested game type (the idea comes from Blacklion).

Players will compete for victory as a team. This game mode is also split into brackets, Qualification Round and Finals, and the number of players per team varies depending on the number of teams that sign up.

The pre-requisite is 3 members per team, 2 teams per lobby and atleast 6 teams.

Selection Priority for game one is determined by a coin toss, the team with "Selection Priority" may pick either their side of the drafting order.

Brackets will be decided randomly.

• One group of atleast 6 teams (3 members per team).
  
• Each match consists of three games against the same opponent.

• If there is a tie along the Upper and Lower Bracket divider, one more game will be played.

• Any member of every team is free to vote what can be the next track (in-game).
  
• Item usage will be allowed or not.
  
• Game modes (Arena, Race, Boost Race, etc).
  
• What characters can be played.

• Selection Priority for every lobby is determined by a coin toss.
  
• Every team can pick 5 characters (2 characters per two turns and 1 character from the last turn)
  
• Every team can ban 2 characters from the opposing team (1 character per turn)
  
• The team can pick 3 characters from the available roster.

Formula:

Turn 1: Team A picks 2 characters.
Turn 2: Team B picks 2 characters.
Turn 3: Team A ban 1 character from Team B.
Turn 4: Team A ban 1 character from Team B.
Turn 5: Team A picks 2 characters.
Turn 6: Team B picks 2 characters.
TUrn 7: Team A ban 1 character from Team B.
Turn 8: Team B ban 1 character from Team A.
Turn 9: Team A picks 1 character.
Turn 10: Team B picks 1 character.

Team 1 is first to pick.

Turn 1: Team 1 picks Reala and Nights.
Turn 2: Team 2 picks AGEs and Ralph.
Turn 3: Team 1 ban AGEs from Team 2.
Turn 4: Team 2 ban Reala from Team 1.
Turn 5: Team 1 picks Ulala and MeeMee.
Turn 6: Team 2 picks Amy and Sonic.
Turn 7: Team 1 ban Ralph from Team 2.
Turn 8: Team 2 ban Ulala from Team 1.
Turn 9: Team 1 picks Gilius.
Turn 10: Team 2 picks Vyse.

Team 1 Roster: Reala, Nights, Ulala, MeeMee, Gilius.
Team 2 Roster: AGEs, Ralph, Amy, Sonic, Vyse.

The members of the Team 1 can only play as Nights, MeeMee and Gilius.
The members of the Team 2 can only play as Amy, Sonic and Vyse.
