Welcome to my Second Tournament, using Epona's rules. This will be regular race Tournament.
My 2nd Tournament will take place on Saturday August 20th, 2016 at 1:30PM (US TIME) 7:30PM (UK TIME)

Times can maybe be adjusted in order to help compensate for those who's time may not be able to participate cause it might be to early or late in the day for them to participate. As long as other participants are okay with a time change.

Rules and Information
1. All 20 normal Tracks will be played in completely random order.
First round will be 10 tracks.
Finals will be 10 tracks.
2. Qualifications for the Finals
2 Lobbies = Top 5.
3 Lobbies = Top 3. The 10th spot will be decided by points and a tiebreaker will determine the last qualifier if needed.
Tournaments generally last around 2 hours and 30 minutes on average. Please note that any more rounds would extend it by quite a bit.

3. The host of the Lobby will start the next race as soon as everyone has picked a character or else the maximum waiting time is 5 mins. If for some reason you are not ready, please leave your character on random and/or mention it in the Group Chat.

These 5 minutes will also be used in case someone disconnected to give them time to rejoin the lobby.

4. Hosts have the responsibility to take screenshots of the Results after every race.
This is so that if someone disconnects/network error/crashes or has to go, they keep their points. BUT other participants can help too, as sometimes the host misses a screenshot.

5. Sign up deadline is TWO hours before the tournament
* If you sign up after that, you are NOT guaranteed a spot unless someone doesn't show up.

6. Be ready to deal with S-class A.I
* Their scores do not count but their driving/items will SURELY affect the outcome of the races!

7. Steam chat will be used to communicate.
If you're not in the Steam for whatever reason, the host will assume you're not ready if your character is on Random, but if you already picked a character, the race will start after 5 minutes.

8. If enough hosts are willing to, there will be rooms beside finals one (brackets).
This is so that everyone can be ranked in the tournament. Or else only the finalists will be.

Additional Rule

1. If you did not sign up for the tournament before the announcement goes off saying that the event has started, you will be denied entry into the Tournament, if your not sure if you'll be able to make it, just ask to be a "Replacer/Maybe", then you won't be denied entry.

Dispite I got mad a few times, cause of BS I couldn't control, it was still fun Garf :)

Depending on the situation I'll go for my next tourney in either September or October, I know some people are somewhat interested in hosting a tournament.

I wouldn't mind being a moderator, I know NoVa has mentioned to me before that he's the only real individual who still does announcements and other activites for the group, a couple more moderators would help lighten his load.

I wanted to host our next Tournament since my golden birthday would be about a month after Garf's Tournament, (June 19th).
The Tournament will start at 1PM (US TIME), 7PM (UK TIME). Same time as NoVa's 2nd Tournament and Garf's 1st Tournament.

I also will be giving out prizes to those who do well during the tournament, not cause I have to, it's cause I want to. I want to give the most authentic tournament as possible.
