So postprocessing is done before upscaling? Including image sharpening that's activated in trixx UI?

I couldn't find my way to sapphire forums (I suppose they don't exist?) and I don't think it's appropriate to bother technical support with my questions, so I decided to ask here.
1. Is there any postprocessing done on upscaled image?
2. Is RIS applied before or after upscaling?
3. How do various enhancements in radeon settings, like morphologican filtering (MLAA) work with trixx boost? Are they applied before or after upscaling?
4. What about 3rd party enhancers, like reshade or sweetFX? I suppose these can only work with original image?
5. And finally, can we request more postprocessing features? I really want to see SMAA (subpixel morphological antialiasing, not to be mistaken for MSAA).

I really do not target specific FPS number but try to achieve 95% GPU load. I want to avoid GPU bottleneck.
If I were to say which fps is comfortable, stable 80 fps is totally fine, and 120 fps is a sweet spot for freesync on a typical 144 Hz display.
