I don't like it.
I'll pass on most games with a separater EULA, especialy from the likes of Sony.
There are some very funny, tongue in cheek EULAs and I've agreed to their terms.

Seeing another old fart in the thread prompted me to look at your profile.
And I found somebody else from New Hampshire.

I've had bad luck with early access games and mostly avoid buying them now.
If it looks appealing I'll put it in my Steam Watch queue and see what develops.
