So I am curious which is you preferred play style, an RPG with a deep story line or the run and gun of a good shooter?

Now before we start a discussion, yes I know that there are games that bring both. What I am asking however is which play style do you prefer most.

For me, I come from the pre-computer gaming world and started with DnD, this means I will always have a special place in my heart for a good RPG.
