The Fresh Start: VANILLA

We have now updated the server to run as vanilla only, no mods, and decided to do monthly wipes instead of 2 week wipes.

Since it's vanilla now and a lot harder to gain resources for explosives, and since crafted map doesn't have black borders and a lot of other stuff this feels like the best solution.

Come in and try it out! Any feedback is appreciated.

Changing to Community Servers (VANILLA)

Since the launch of the component system, we've felt that there's really no big reason to keep the x2 gathering and stacking left on the server as that was mostly to help out farming together with the XP System.

We have also noticed this on the player base we've had lately, the server stays empty for most of the day and gets an average of 1-2 players which really isn't fun to see as we're paying to keep this server alive.

In other words, on Thursday we're doing a map wipe as usual and then getting rid of all the mods (oxide) on the server. This feels like the most logical solution for us!

Map Wipe and NO MORE XP SYSTEM! 2016-11-03

The server is now freshly wiped!

Facepunch have now replaced the XP System with the new Component System and it's live on our server for you to try out. We're still keeping the 2x Resource Gathering and 2x stacking, so no worries there.

Wipe Today! 2016-10-20

As soon as the new Rust update goes live, We'll do a wipe of the server.

We have had a poll going about what we should do with wipes.

This was the results:

Monthly Map Wipe: 5 votes (33%)

2 Week Map Wipe: 0 votes (0%)

Monthy Map + XP Wipe: 3 votes (20%)

2 Week Map + XP Wipe: 6 votes (40%)

2 Week Map Wipe + Monthly XP Wipe: 1 vote (7%) [Other]

Since the results were so even between ''Montly Map Wipe'' and ''2 Week Map + XP Wipe'', We have decided to go with
2 Weeks Map Wipe and 1 Month XP wipe, This should be fair for everyone.
