RUSTIG has a team of active moderators who can help people at almost every moment possible. The moderators speak the following languages: Dutch, English.

By using the command ‘/kit [name]’ you can claim one of the following kits:
- Bow (Bow, 40x Arrow, Spear, Bone Armor, Wolf Hat)
- Daily (Metal Axe, Metal Pickaxe, 7.500x Wood, 100x HQ Metal, 3.000x Metal, 7.500x Stone, 1.000x Scrap)
- Medic (5x Syringe, 3x Large MedKitx, 10x Bandage)
- Supply (1x Supply Signal)
- Components (5x Propane Tank, 5x Gear, 5x Blade, 5x Spring, 5x Road Sign, 5ft Rope, 5x Sewing Kit, 5x Sheet Metal, 5x Tarp, 2x Tech Trash)
- Wipe (Unknown)
