Kill feed has been enabled which will specifically indicate where a player has been shot/hurt to die.
Modified the chat to have a seperate local chat and a global chat. ( To type in global chat just add @ to your message)
The server will broadcast important messages at a certain timeframe.

So basically, one person per month will become the player of the month. If you are chosen you will receive extra in-game content.

Added monument radiation to the following landmarks;

Airfield
Dome
Powerplant
Radtown
Satellite Dishes
Trainyard
Tunnels
Water Treatment

Radiation is not enabled in warehouses or the lighthouse. May change in the future.

RustIO has been installed.
RustIO:Clans has been installed.

ZLevels has been added although we are having problems with the UI of the plugin due to the latest Rust update. Soon to be fixed.
