I have an invasion server up with a few daily players. It is generally set up correctly although we do not have the correct monsters per wave - does anyone have this file? Would love to see you all on the server.

Oh my god I can't believe there is a group on here dedicated to Rosebum! I used to be a UT99 player back during 2003 to about 2006! I see the website is pretty much gone (it appears to be a blog for someone else now, nothing UT-related on there). This is a real shame, Rosebum, Wings etc were my favourite CTF servers to go to and were my introduction to custom maps and custom content. I still have many fond memories of that time, flying around the Rocket X and the Unreal Apache. I also remember the characters people had like the Baby Boomer, Homer Simpson, Angels (with the Buffy voices). I think it's high time for a resurrection of Rosebum.

RB ut99 lives on! I'm looking for any former admins of RB that may have the forum database backed up. We will take any version to keep this gem alive right now the RB server for ut99 is here 192.223.31.18:7777 we would like to restore the forums and maintain them so any help is greatly appreciated.

Yeah noticed the site is down, granted its been inactive for the last few years it will be missed. Any idea if Trev is still working on the vctf mod for the new UT?

--RIP Rosebum, thanks to everyone that i played with for dealing with my young age at the time, and thanks for being awesome to the highest degree.

P.s - if anyone reading this still wants to play with a couple RB players, add me and we'll all get together on skype or discord and have a good time.

--VCTF has literally alone improved my hand cooridination so much that i play other games now at such a fast reaction / logic that i'm usually pretty good at them. I think some of you that actually read this might agree its improved your abilities. It made me godly at TAM, and same with armored snipa. I'm proud to be able to have those memories of playing vctf, waiting on darcon to finish the wave with 16 other people watching him make weapons, using beans with 7 other artifacts running with 100k adren floating in front of an infernal nailing its skull with a lillady, hitting one of my multiple global 40+ level boxes(only 2 75 lvl boxes),or having the vctf gods in a game, with just skill play with shocks. those games were by far the BEST gaming experience i've experienced. Except when someone was one point that day.
Also, i'd like to say this once and for all for anyone whos ever dealt with him, ♥♥♥♥ you and your katana, methos. -Anyone thats tried to keep their flag down

RB was one of the best servers and communities i've ever been apart of, and i met one of my best friends to this day on it. Michhheal, milk, and all the other admins thank you for participating in the creation of that. RB is still known and still looked for, so you guys did one hell of a job. Except for the invasion reset, (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ruined the invasion community, thanks milk). All aside, they did do a great job with recruitment of admins, handling situations, having good admins, and most of all the best servers to make the best memories on.
