Well, with Excl leaving for three weeks we should be able to rebuild the community. Concluding the community actually gets fixed, SLs+ need to tell him what happened while he was gone and what needs to happen. Everybody always says that you won't get in trouble for confronting Excl yourself, but nobody has actually spoken to him except for Ruben. If we can all inform him that he needs to change, in a nice way of course, he'll probably change. Who would listen to their partner/friend who is telling you you're not doing your job right? Although he is a big part of it, be sure to keep in mind that Excl IS NOT the only reason CasualBananas is slowly "dying". We just need to stick together as a group and learn a lot of people do actually consider CasualBananas their family. So would you want to lose your family? I know I wouldn't.
