Loved SupCom1, not so much SupCom2. Hope this mod makes it better, but unfortunatley I can't seem to change the tiers. Clicking on the Change Tier button or pressing Cntrl-X does absolutely nothing. I have the Infinite War DLC installed and I used the mod manager to install the mods as well. Everything else seems to be working fine but I just can't get that to work. I've looked everywhere online for a solution but can't find any.

Help?

EDIT: It also seems constructing any sort of Research Facility crashes the game after about 1-2 seconds of construction.
