Since we are playing on Saturday Star Wars I want to do like a Pot Luck...

I figured Build your own Nachos ... In this list includes nachos and the stuff to make cheese Sauce for over nachos....

I am Doing Taco Meat & Drinks
Trey - Chips & Salsa ( 2 bags Tortilla )
Neil 3 paks of shredded cheese ( 2 colby Jack 1 mild cheddar)
Frank Guacamole & Pico ( get the medium from H.E.B either 2 small or 1 large)
Nick Velveeta ( small) & Sour cream ( 16 oz)
