Because the way I see it, this'll kill them before anything else does, their poor business strategies. This is the reason why so many people are already leaving and never coming back. This can potentially be a big problem for them in the long run.

I don't even know who the ♥♥♥♥ they're. What is the point of doing this, they're wasting their time doing something stupid. That'll do absolutely nothing for them. At this point, this has gone on for almost 2 months now, give or take. And it's slowly gotten worse as time went on. And Steam doesn't even give a ♥♥♥♥ apparently.
Even after I blocked them they're still a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ problem. Seriously, that has to tell everybody something. That Steam service is horrible. Their business standards are in much need of improvement. There's alot they can focus on doing to make better business with their customers. And part of that would include customer satisfaction would it not?

Hey I can tolerate mean words sent to me, i'm a man, I can take it. But then copying my words and then posting them back to me for some stupid reason like doing that would make them appear smart, it doesn't. It just makes them look retarded honestly. Well it's kinda funny how it didn't don on my mother that the system she was getting was a bootleg, but she only saw the price which was 20$ and she immediately jumped in and got it, unaware that it was a bootleg system. so now we're stuck with it, guuuh i hope I can get a snes classic from Amazon whenever I get enough money for it :( the LEGIT one not the "oh this is legit and definitely not a bootleg super nintendo entertainment system" system...:|
