Too bad they're never going to see it that way. I suppose that's the limit of their intelligence unfortunately.

Because the way I see it, this'll kill them before anything else does, their poor business strategies. This is the reason why so many people are already leaving and never coming back. This can potentially be a big problem for them in the long run.

My advise, get Gaben out and someone better in, someone who'll oh I don't know care about their customers. And actually be more well god forbid, motivated to help the very people they rely most on.

I don't even know who the ♥♥♥♥ they're. What is the point of doing this, they're wasting their time doing something stupid. That'll do absolutely nothing for them. At this point, this has gone on for almost 2 months now, give or take. And it's slowly gotten worse as time went on. And Steam doesn't even give a ♥♥♥♥ apparently.
Even after I blocked them they're still a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ problem. Seriously, that has to tell everybody something. That Steam service is horrible. Their business standards are in much need of improvement. There's alot they can focus on doing to make better business with their customers. And part of that would include customer satisfaction would it not?
