And it isnt shareing the land now, its giving back the land they took. Israel and Palestina have to exist on the same teritories, and the only way to keep peace for a long time is to have frontiers, witch allow to exist both nations and dont let anyone feel cheated. These frontiers are the frontiers of 1949 (acctually even 1947, but thats utopia). Then isreal and palestina became independ.
They are supporting them now correct. But a few years ago it locked completly different. Personally i think the intervention wasnt just to get democracy down there. I think they wanted as well to get a new stabile situation down there to get (as always in the middle east) oil. I remember as Gadafi lost the 1st thing they talked about where the oil concessions. But at least yes, hopefully its going partly in the right direction.
