they rly didnt not even of the first route, there is also a movie for te second route Unlimited Blade Works but it makes no sence if you havnt read the visual novel and isnt very good anyway (nice animation though)
sakura's route doesnt get a movie or an anime because no one likes sakura (but her route is technically the best one)

They're animes... I'm just starting to play FSN VN.... I finished the anime though xD. People tell me that the anime didn't even scratch the surface of the VN FSN

you might wanna read ever17 first cuz it comes before r11 in the series but since r11 is set before you can read that first

Um i like FSN, Chaos:Head and lots others... Havent watched the others you mentioned... Recommend you watch 07 ghost, or freezing. 07 ghost I think is pretty close to FSNN
