!echo command upgrade

!echo now lets you send messages to groups through Relay Bot without typing "!echo say". Everything you send to the bot will be sent to the group.

It will also show you a list of connected users when you subscribe, and the bot will inform you when somebody enters or leaves the chat.

!echo lets you use group chats through Relay Bot.

!echo channels - will show you a list of all group chats Relay Bot is currently in.

!echo start [group name] - will start relaying messages from this group to you, if Relay Bot is currently in this group chat.

!echo stop [group name] - will stop transmission from the group.

!echo say [message] - will relay a message from you to the group chat.

You can only be subscribed to one group at a time, to avoid spam and simplify relaying messages.
