We are currently doing some tests and have contacted steam support to see if we can get to the bottom of the issue. It looks like it's shaping up to be a spam filter.

It seems that Valve has issues some sort of limit for the amount of invites any group can have sent out a day or week. We are working to figure out exactly what is going on and why people are not showing up in the history. We apologize for the delay in the verification of submissions and the giveaway will continue to go on until further notice.
