I was the former Councilmen &amp; Co-Founder of a massive multi-gaming community by the name of Shut up &amp; Game. Shut up &amp; Game unfortunately had to close due to multiple internal membership issues, however from Shut up &amp; Game I've learned alot more about Teamwork, Professionalism &amp; most importantly, Community Management. I founded Reflex Effect with one sole purpose in mind, and that is to have fun! There is no membership, meaning anyone can join the community.
