О SG Group Puzzlers Extravaganza

This group is designated to discuss and group solve chosen group puzzles :>

there is a hint for you. Steamgifts is dead so I'm not sure what will happen with giveaway :/

I'm still stuck on Q9, first hint didn't help. I thought it will be Harry but it's incorrect answer.
