This person is a scammer, scammed me out of my CS:GO items and Valve is not doing anything about it. He deletes comments out of his profile and as you can see, all the positive comments are probably bought, since all the commentators are on lvl 0 and/or privated. He has also bought the levels on his account, as you can see by the item collection and a comment on his profile. I have proof and I have been reporting him for three-four weeks now and nothing is done. Stay aware!
