Garry's Mod 13

We should be all setup for when 13 smacks us all in the face.

Wenli has been working on PA and physgun build mode, TB has been getting Dupe2 all up and ready, The ACF dev team and I have been getting ACF all ready as well.

Remember you can still use model packs on 13 from 12, just make sure you grab the spawnlists or make your own custom ones.

Recieved a message from NFO saying the server will be down tonight. I should start checking these messages a day in advance xD

InterNAP will be performing maintenance on one of its routers between 1am and 4am CDT on 10/18. This maintenance may cause brief periods of connectivity loss or increased latency for your server.

Hey Fellow Pure Frequenters! Wrex and I greatly appreciate how populated our little server has become over the last month and we want you to post your favorite maps for ACF Battles. Gm_desertdriving is fun, though its atmosphere is gloomy and barren, and we'd like to promote a more creative environment.

What can help your favorite map become the new default map?
Consider the fact that people on our server like to build everything from Cars to Planes to Tanks to Trains. A map that has good space to drive, fly and battle is exactly what we’re looking for. If the map has decent space for boat battles or train building, that’s always a plus, but not exactly a focus here at PURE. A single defined place to build helps keep people’s contraptions safe, as it gives us a particular place to ‘Safe Zone’, especially if it’s in a corner and away from the action of our gratuitous tank battles.

So please share some of your favorite maps, we’ll be sure to add them to the server and maybe even pick out a new default!

One Month Old, Few Regulars, Do we Continue Support?

The renew payment for the server is coming up in a week and Wrex and I are wondering if the server is worth the money. We enjoy having our own place to fight the way we wanna fight, however we wonder if the few regulars we do have warrants another month.

We encourage our 47 members to hop in more regularly to help support the server, or just make a couple posts in our group forums just to let us know your there. Otherwise we may find ourselves loosing interest in keeping the server up and running, and we honestly don't want that to happen! xD
