no offense at all at the "nitrous" website really looks horrible for me and takes around 2 minutes to load, the buttons are images.

ahh good good I know Zorro and he'll make something good, i'm just helping and yeah i know i over reacted a bit but I get worst than this when I design something that my client doesn't like so you have to use that and make it better.

I do agree with the good gentleman below (Henrech) on this one. Currently the website does look unprofesional. I like the design and the theme that you have got going on but it isn't fitting for what you are trying to do and would need improving even if it was.
Luckily however I know Zorro is working on a redesign so all is good.

Well as a website design and some knowledge of graphics design the website is well... interesting and can be improved heavily.

Everyone has their own opinion on this, there's no right or wrong answer.

In my perspective it should definetely be re-designed for a more professional look.

Come on are you kidding me as a IT trainee saying that, you must not earn a lot to say that than. First of all look at the white star RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of the page, it eats the text and makes it hard to read. What's up with the buttons, puking colors and than put it up as a button. Come on you call this an effective site maby for a blog or something but I atleast except that a hosting COMPANY(get the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ TOPIC of the website) will be looking smoolty and NUTRIAL so everyone will like it. Hosting companies don't need appealing on the design it only needs the appealing on the prices and those are alright but they don't stress it so much on it. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hell check your diplome or background studies before you say something as an IT trainee. I hoped they're would be no or atleast non of your kind as a IT trainee but i see that i'm worng and it is sad. This is not an opinion this is something that is true. YOU MUST DESIGN A WEBSITE THAT MATCHES THE COMPANY OR TOPIC ITS ON ABOUT!

The website looks proffessional to me. This is just your opinion. The design looks very appealing to me which would most likely want me to buy from this company rather than a 'Industrial' one that has no appeal what so ever, and in that sense it makes me think that the provider is lazy. I work as an IT Trainee, dealing with webservers and working closely with website designers, and I can say, that this is an effective site.

Change the website alteast, it's screaming for a redesign for design sake plz use stable backgrounds for your texts instead of just the star background, it eats your font and will be un proffesional. Don't go and design your site as a 'cool' looking site. If you want customers who are seriuos about paying for servers you atleast have a proffessional looking site with a main stream of NO ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ STARS but just solid colors, no fancy ♥♥♥♥, and plzz no Team fortrest fonts in your buttons. Try the industrial look on websites, trust me lots of customers look on your site for updates even me (somethimes). I hope you don't take this as a insult but as hints to help you get more out of your hosting company. Trust me with what i say, i study webdesign for 2 years now and i do see so much mistakes in design in your website. Good luck further and hope it will get bigger and bigger!
