i think it's more effective mine because stock does more damage and if you reach 1 hp,you can try doing a run for it.
with the market gardener you can't.

i think the best way to be effective is:
-stock rocket launcher
-gunboats
-the escape plan
because you can rocket jump and stil be effective.

i used to use the Antarctic parka Cuban bristle crisis and the sky crasher with the gun boats rocket launcher and the market gardener
