Fredz has created a hires patch for Kingpin.

Here are the details:-
Works for:
Kingpin 1.20
1.21
1.21 Steam
1.21 GOG
Kingpin alpha demo 0.22N

It doesn't work for Linux versions as this is a windows patcher.

It should work for any resolution your monitor supports.

Just extract the kprespatch exe file to your Kingpin folder & then execute the file.
It will open a small window where you then select where your current kingpin.exe is. You will also see nine Mode boxes with standard resolutions in them. Once you have inserted your kingpin.exe path then you will be able to change these to whatever respolution you desire (such as 1920 x 1080). Then you just press patch.
Your current exe is backed up and then when you run Kingpin you should be able to select high resolutions.

If you want to apply different resolutions at any time just repeat the steps above.

New KiTmod Server

I see there is currently a KiTmod server up and running. That is Kingpin Intensive Training and the maps are all about mastering tricky jumps and working out puzzles to get to the end of each map.

New Mappack For CTF Server

Captain Death has updated the maps on his Colors Capture the Flag server and has now got the more player friendly, less complicated maps in rotation. They are six of the maps that come with the client files and also twelve more maps.

New Mappack For The Oldschool Bagman Server

Mr Ruler has sifted through all the Bagman maps he could find and has now settled on his map rotation for the Oldschool Bagman server.

He sent me a list of all the maps in rotation and I have put together a new mappack containing all the maps.

Btw, Mr Ruler runs two servers, Oldschool DM and Oldschool BM, which he rotates so they are not up at the same time. So you'll either see the DM or BM server in Gamespy but not both.

You need to download the CTF client files in ordr to be able to play. The client files contain the models, maps, textures, skins etc.

Make sure you read the enclosed readme as it tells you all about how to play the mod including specific key binds.
