Patch notes:
- unique custom players flags are available (Flags are constrected and
purchased on game website, and you need to relogin to have it shown on
shipyard now.)
- lamps on ships now can be lighted (default hotkey - L)
- a bug with Settings menu that caused game crash is fixed
- fixed synchronization issue for better synchronisation under highly
volatile bandwitch
- collision damage increased a bit on high speed.
