Titan Network Icon.exe will now let you build characters and visit any map in CoX! The issue 24 version of CoX is available for download, so you can see the new zone we were supposed to get in i24. Go to Titan Network, log in and search for Icon.exe - version 1.7 is available and you can walk and fly in Paragon and Rogue Isles again!

FYI - For those who don't have the game and are considering it, it's on sale right now for 25% off. Sale is good until Jan 5, so there's a decent chance price could drop further so keep an eye out for flash sales and dailies.

I'm very much enjoying the story on TSW. The long cut scenes took some getting used to, but the dialogue is generally entertaining. Seems to be an adult-oriented game, unlike some of the F2P MMOs I've recently tried. Also, I understand TSW has added the ability to meet up and play with other players on different servers. I'm currently on Grim server, name CatZilla.

I picked up a copy of TSW when Amazon had it on sale for $15 this past weekend. Had some time to play it last night. It's actually pretty fun once you get used to the controls. The animations are the only downside, but I hear that the Devs are working on that. I've read on the TSW forums that a lot of former CoH players are on the Arcadia server so I started there. My character's name is CombiXys.

I've been playing the trial for Secret World and I'm intrigued. Now that they've gone no subscription, I will probably pick up the game. I can certainly get my $30 worth if nothing else. Soon as I figure out whether there's a global handle I'll post it for teaming. Styg will likely pick up the game as well.

Secret World just announced that it is going subscription-less. Once you purchase the game ($30), you have access to all story-line and all content available at this time with no subscription. Further content will be in add-on DLC packs. See details below.

@Crash - Secret World has a 3 day demo you can download and play. Will be trying it out myself in a day or two. FL forums has some discussion going on there.

@Stars - Reinstalled Champions last week and even though I really dislike the game play of it, I will be playing it from time to time with Cat and possibly Monday nights with the gang.

Hey guys, I am currently the only administrator here. I am not usually too good at managing communities (more of a follower than a leader, never ever lead a SG or even TF) so if anyone wants to volunteer to also be an admin, send me a message!

Also: May be a great idea if, even if not to play it regularly, everyone installed Champions or DCUO, we may be able to make "Remembering Paragon" events in either game, perhaps twice a year if enough people are interested.

'lo all. I played CoH/CoV a long time, although I went on a hiatus a few years ago until now. This game was the first time I made characters that I really had connections for, and I'm sad to see things turn this way. Still, every time I make a new character in a different game, I use the names of my old toons to keep them alive :)

Seven year vet and SG leader for seven groups. Over 101 heroes at the time of the closing announcement. I always had a toon on your server with the AT you needed. ;D
Paragon City is like a real place that I visited almost every day to get out of RL for a while. I hope HUB folks can find somewhere else to hang out together.

Original member of one of the first supergroups on Triumph, Riders of Apocalypse, my 2 main characters were Satet and Aresonian. I also had a main villain, Jivaro, who founded the villain version of the SG. I played for 4 years, and then spent the last few years visiting off and on as life permitted playing verious alts and trying the new content. My former group and I are curious where people will be in game these next few months, and on the last day, as we would like to log in and be a part of the going away party. I, and the rest of the group, still believe that this was the best MMO with the best community. Triumph was a damn good server too. ;)
