i just find the security room, kill the guy, get out and find civilians, also kill all the guards, hand cuff civilians, if i run out of hand cuffs and there are still civilians i just kill them since usually the mission gives more money than all of their lives

Like in any heist that can be stealthed you do not shoot the cameras. Another tip is sometimes you can hide so you dont alert guards
