It will not be available on Steam. It's only going to be on Battlenet, Blizzard's store platform.

I've seen it and it's what I pictured tf2 would be like! I'm so excited I can't wait! I'm signed up for the beta and I have studyed all the characters (Sad I know). There are probably going to more introduced throught the game (like league of legends):acleap:
