Outlaws + A Handful of Missions has been available on Steam for 5 months now[steamdb.info].

The community page appears to be surprisingly active.

So if you want to step in the boots of Marshall James Anderson again, listen to amazing soundtrack made by Clint Bajakian or even jump into multiplayer, all from the comfort of Steam, now you have a chance to do so.
