A class 4 outbreak refers to the modern world, one in which zombies have become to dominant species of the planet, leaving stray humans to fend for themselves.

Members of this group have dedicated themselves to the extermination of the Solanum virus, that is the virus that alters the brain to allow the crime against nature that is the zombie to occur.
