Update 1.2.3: Loose Cannon tweaks

Added two new tweaks to the Loose cannon:

- Chain cannon:
cannonballs will chain between multiple targets

- Seeker shot:
cannonballs will copy the velocity of the target, setting up a double-donk

The powerbar is now left-aligned

added Config menus
You can now adjust the X and Y position of the powerbar
also added support for changing the powerbar style

your configs are saved between sessions!

A major under-the-hood update that binds most previously hard-coded values to ConVars.

this also includes some buffs, nerfs and bug fixes.
