Saxxy Winners 2015 , Congratulations!!
Congratulations to all the Saxxy winners.

Turbulence(overall), Play Time (extended), Micro-Man (action), Dang Good Cop (short), Together We Stand (drama), Food Fortress (comedy)


Personal favorites:
Turbulence for characters, film making craft, comedy, action and just plain fun.
The Gambler for direction, camera, editing and sound(first parts of the film at the very least)
Microman for whacky ideas and good comedy

I liked most entries actually. Playtime had a great premise but lagged a little here and there. Sweet as hell nevertheless. The Dota films looked great but told little story so it wasn't up my alley.

The Saxxys kinda passed me by this year with all the work I was doing. Hope to join a team next year.


Recognizing the crafts is a no-show at the Saxxys.

IMHO they should have honorable mentions for the actual crafts involved, such as character animation, direction, camera, lighting, script, modeling, voice performance and of course sound.

What do you think ?

Medals perhaps, or something similar to the camera melee item.
It might inspire people to bring in talent from all crafts and not do too much of the jack of all trades thing.
