Hi, I have been a part of the group for a little while now, and I am wondering something. I was kind of under the impression that the group was meant for just plain 1:1 card trades. That is something I agree with, and I feel is completely fair.

So, I am seeing a lot of people posting trades, asking 1:1 for same set, and 1:2 different set. Since this is how people do it outside the group pretty frequently, doesnt that kind of defeat the purpose of the group? Shouldnt the group be JUST 1:1 for ANY trade?

If person A and person B both have cards that they are not trying to make a set out of, then trading them to each other is what I call fair.
I know that some people put a value on the cards because of market price, but I do not feel that that really matters unless you are trying to make a profit. I feel that ANY 1:2 trade is simply for profit, and I dont think that this should really be about profit. It should be a community with people helping people to complete sets and stuff.

Anyway, I dont want to start a fight or anything, so what are peoples (hopefully calm and rational) thoughts on the matter?
