Hello there everyone! Recently I have been getting a strange error on my macbook pro (A1286 Custom Order) with Team Fortress 2. The error reads "Out of memory or address space. Texture qualitly may be too high" and the game crashes. Prior to the crash, I am getting a solid 60FPS using the cl_showfps 1 console command. I have tried lowering the quality as suggested on forums- however this problem seems to occur mostly to other Windows users, and whenever I search for a macOS solution, the common answer is "u shouldnt b gaming on a mac lol apple sux!" or "Use Bootcamp". I have a PC, and I can run the game just fine on it- however, I don't want to. So my question is, has anyone else had this issue? If so, how did you go about correcting it? Go ahead and send me a friend request and chat me up! Thank you all!

Hello Mac community. I've owned Apple computers exclusively my entire life. It wasn't until last year that I bought my first PC. I did so because I'm a game development student and needed to embrace the PC world. With that said, we are looking for Apple users to play test our game and help us iron out any bugs. Outer Rim is an 80's style space shooter. And while it may start off easy, it will really test your gamer skills as it AI gets increasingly more difficult. We've just added a Jukebox with over 2 hours of music an other features that gamer's have asked for.

guys plz im really annoyed by the things that is happening to me and i need a helpful answer i have a macbook pro late 2011 with specs. processor 2.4 ghz intel core i7 and 4 GB 1333 mhz DDR3 and 2 graphic cards 1.built in intel 15.4-inch (1440 x 900) and number 2. the better one is AMD Radeon HD 6770M 1024 MB graphics. My fps runs from 60-250 with huge drops in a bigger action the thing is my computer have a very good specs as ive been told but not what i expected i really need help should i format it and change it to windows thx

Hey, everytime i join a server after i few minutes it crashes and comes with this message "hl2_osx quit unexpectedly" this is in Garry's Mod. Anyone knows how to fix this? I would really appreciate it, if anyone could tell my how to fix it.

I doubt that we'll see GTA V for Mac for a LONG time. GTA IV isn' native on OS X yet.

Apparently using a Steam skin may help reduce issues with Steam. *shrug* Reddit link: "I figured out how to make Steam on Mac run faster with less bugs/hanging/crashing."
