Guys within an interview today with one of the Dev's were asked on the OCE Server Population Problem issue was brought up, I have timestamped it for users interested in The Culling still.

FYI: For those of you that have had issues with being connected to laggy servers, change Automatic to OCE in the server region selection. Automatic takes you to OCN > Which is a 200-300ms server.
