Well Brawli you could go to Painted World to duel, or you could kill Gwyndolin so we could duel in his hallway and the room after the hallway. If you don't have the ring to get to him before killing Gwynevere I can drop it for you.

Just as a reminder for the Dark Souls PvP thing tonight: make sure to install DSCFix so other players can easily connect to you guys, it's a really short install, if you could even call it that since you are just placing files in a folder. Trust me it will make the event easier to manage and decrease waiting time.
