Take it to the next Level!

Howdy!

Intro
Next Level Mixing is not about raw skill, it's about playing in a better and more fun environment to help you train your skills.
Besides that, it should also be much easier for you to get to know other players in the community, resulting into a few friendships here and there.

Requirements
- Mumble.
- A grasp of the English language, we will not be speaking anything other than English.
- Microphone. (Exceptions can be made if the Lobby agrees)
- A Positive Attitude.

Rules
- No Trolling. A little joke can't hurt, but know when to stop.
- No Ragequitting.

Breaking the rules will result into a Kick from the Group and future games as well as a Temporary Ban on the Servers.

How to host a Game
- Join the Group's Chatroom
- Post an announcement in this group if you have a lobby up and wait for it to fill.
- Make sure everyone is in Mumble.
- The first one to join (Host) and the Last one to join are the Team Captains.

Picking in this order
1. Host picks first teammate.
2. Other Captain picks first teammate.
3. Host picks second teammate.
4. Other Captain picks 2 other teammates.
5. Host gets remaining player.

No Tank Slowdown is out of the question, it's an easy wipefest no matter what. The Tank doesn't deserve to get a guaranteed cap or 2. I never understood why this was considered balanced, either way you'd make the games based solely on the Tank.

We'll start slowly of course, Step.
Possibly even rename it to something silly as NLM Promod, so that nobody gets offended. :D

It'd include the basic changes we've had on the SirPlease/Co-op.Zone servers and minor changes, before big stuff is considered.
