Hey, crazewolf, I could help you with production. I have a keen imagination. Just give me a picture of a boarded building, tell me where it is and the surroundings of it and I can think of a completely new concept. For instance, there's a boarded up building in Freeside. It's surroundings are: King's place, a coffee shop, and a liquor store. Make it either A: A laundry mat, B: Maybe an internet cafe, or C: if it's semi-large then a a Storage facility.

I'm mostly back on the nexus, waiting to be allowed to access my files on NV nexus but, DCInteriors is back up.

Just an update ..NVInteriors Urban edition is coming along just added Hank's Transmission and still WIP on the Katz Apts. in westsside it will be a 3 story building, including the basement.

No LOD needed, it usese the vanilla worldspace. Had to tweek the building mesh to have a collision you could walk on though.

I think they (Beth) went over board with the non-killable kids..it was in the old FO's with major drawbacks, rightly so. Don't get me wrong I'm a father and love kids and wouldn't harm any kid, and really it's just a game... IDK just my two caps, should be an in game option though.
