well its clear this place died due to a mix of admin ♥♥♥♥, NS2 itself dying, and a few other things. sad. if NS3 is ever a thing i hope this comes back. but sometimes its better to leave things in the past. and seeing how Jon acts. yeah i think Siege should just stay dead this time.

A couple of things you can try:

- Unsubscribe to any mods you're subscribed to in the workshop

- Do the above and also delete your workshop folder, found in C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Roaming\Natural Selection 2

- Validate your game cache by right-clicking on the game in your Steam library and going to Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Files

- Uninstall and reinstall NS2

im getting the error invalid data when i try to join, other servers work fine

You were probably kicked by the AFK kicker, which not even the admins are immune to. As for your reserved slot status, that was probably on Siege Simple. We started over from scratch with Siege++, so your regular status didn't carry over. To see the requirements to get regular on the new server, check the FAQ. If you think you qualify, let me know the next time you see me on.

Jon, this is Hawk and I was wondering why I was kicked from the game and replaced by another player (32/32 server). I thought I used to have a reserved slot status. Did it change? Can I get it back if it did change? Thank you.

Again, your ban has been removed. But if you get in the chair and don't communicate there is a high likelihood that you will be banned from commanding so that we don't have to waste time voting to eject you and then voting to reset the game. Don't get in the chair if you arn't able to communicate with your team.

If i not idea, the team can hold x or m and leave me out of chair, no permban, the server on my hours normaly empty and we play 4 i cant take chair.

You were comm banned because you had absolutely no communication with your team, and because it was obvious you had absolutely no idea what you were doing. Not knowing how to play is fine, but if that's the case, and you get into the chair, you need to be able and willing to communicate with your team so that they can help you learn. Because you cared enough to reach out I will assume that you are willing to correct this problem, and will remove your comm ban. Please avoid getting in the chair if you can't communicate to your team through voice or text, and don't get in at all if you arn't able to listen to their advice.

Also, don't spam the request orders/medpack/ammo buttons during setup. It distracts the commander.
