151st member this is the 2nd ♥♥♥♥ bill congress did that has effect on the internet (the first one was targeted at Video Games online ie JosefvStalin,AVGN,Yogcast can't do what they do because they have to get rights from the maker of the game) Now Congress wants to destory the Internet!
