Happens a lot usually. A lot of foreign kids because it's bigcity always for some reason and they like that map, and also people who (during the day at least) go there to get free commands

so right now i am trying to clear this up and trying to give my reasoning to doing that. I'm Sorry. the only reason why i did it is because this page [ www.neonheightsservers.com ] that it was hinting we could use it on the donator server, again im sorry.

So i read on this page( http://www.neonheightsservers.com/donator_commands.html ) that "Always put "@me" after a command to ensure you are using it on yourself, using commands on other players outside the donator server is not permitted." so i thought it was ok to do it on the donator server, so before i did /evilpimpslap @all, i asked the entire server if i could, twice, i was told yes, but im not sure if they were talking to me. so i went ahead and did /evilpimpslap @all and people started saying i was going to get banned, i got scared and looked into more detail and found this http://www.neonheightsservers.com/donator_information.html , on that page under donator server rules i found the it said "Never use @all, @blue or @red commands"
