everytime i load up Multiplayer it only shows myself online. and I can never find a room. Is my game bugged? like port option or something?

Hey everybody :D I've been getting first place a lot in Bioshock 2 public multiplayer matches. I'm wondering if anyone at my skill level would like to start playing some regular rounds of Bioshock 2 MP? I'm only rank 11 so far so it shouldn't be hard to find more people who've been playing as much as me at least.
