MARCUSTHEKILLER has stopped going on this group, as described in the previous announcement. He was the one who uploaded all the YouTube videos, made the giveaways, and, since he was the owner, he is the only one who could promote or demote any members.

He still hasn't officially left the group, so his ownership was never passed on to someone else. If we stay on here anyways, there would be no way to ban anyone from the group or take away their admin/mod permissions.

So I think it's best we moved on to some other group. I've already got one going, Move or Die - Thrill Seekers! We could all get together and play some good matches (since I made a "Looking to Play" forum), and if enough people are invited, we could even overcome the problem of "not enough people where I live" or "not enough people around my level".

So, yeah. New group, join now, invite your friends.

He also said that he won't be uploading Youtube videos anymore, but that was earlier in the chat.

This is unfortunate because he was the owner of the group, and never officially left the group to pass his status on to someone else. All that's left are the admins and mods, who can't edit any of the group information or promote/demote any of the members if something bad occurs.

What should we do from here on? Should we just keep going on as normal and post the announcements/videos ourselves? Or should one of us start a new group? If we did, it's best if the owner is someone who has a lot of experience with the MoD community, like Vayatel, aTastyT0ast, or even me.

He's not leaving Steam, as it turns out. He's just abandoning the MODF Youtube account and won't be on the group anymore. He still plays Move or Die, too!

Now it's just a decision as to who should take over the group or make a new one, like I mentioned earlier. Some things to consider: should we really give people admin/mod privileges based on how many hours they've played, or should we only give it to people we know we can trust? If we still upload videos of MoD, what kind of game recorder should we use?
