main rules:
1. Jihad does not count as kos
2. wars can only be started by leaders permission
3. no kos
4. NLR is applied (new life rule is 5 minutes)
5. raiding can only happen once every 30 minutes.
6. during a blood moon you can kos.


Rules Military Task Force:
1. Military own the world they can pull you over and arrest you at any time.
2. NLR applies so if they say put your hands up and they don't they have the right to shoot.
3. You can talk to people but you can only attempt to arrest them if they are suspicious of anything false arrest can be punishable
4. You can begin to pull over or arrest at any time anyone that is a terrorist (bandanas)
5.Military can only build on their proper island( top left on the map)
6. Military can not raid unless they where raided before (revenge raiding only)
7. Military personel must wear full military gear (admins will supply)
