Navigation Mesh for koth_idkyet_b4!

Without a Proper Navigation mesh, the bots will not move an inch on unsupported maps.

I present to all map testers, the navigation mesh for koth_idkyet_b4.
Its still a work in progress, any bugs, just pm me.
