Ahoy chaps. Just jumped ships. As a Windows user for my entire career, the jarring transition from Windows 7 (which was excellent) to Windows 8 (which is excrement) was just too much. Switched to a Mac Mini.

Got to say, I've been very pleased with how much of my Steam library (25/32 games) is available natively on the Mac. Granted, most of my gaming these days is in the Kickstarter/Greenlight/Indie set much more than the AAA set, but it's still refreshing to see how much things have turned around.

Anyone have problems with Dota 2 on mac? I know it just has been released but they should really mac a fix soon. The "Framerate Lag" and "No Sound" glitch is really pissing me. Hope they make a patch soon...

Hey you guys, I picked up Serious Sam 3: BFE through the special that was promoted last week. It is really difficult to run on the Mac OS for some reason--even at its lowest settings. Is anyone else having this issue?

Tried a virtual Mac OS X (under kubuntu) recently to try to avoid having to use Windows altogether, and I have to say it was a lot better then I thought, I just regret that I didn't leave Windows sooner :P anyone else here try OS X after getting off of Windows recently?
