A new version of Counter Strike is being released under the name Counter-Strike Global Offensive (CSGO). It will feature new maps, characters, game modes and a graphical overhaul making it at least on par with the most recent Source games graphical quality.

As you may know there has been a beta for an update to CSS. It has now finished and has now come live to all owners of CSS!

Some of the most noticeable changes are the addition of 144 achievements, new scoreboard, and a list of source engine updates.
